Robotic handling of baked products
Handling of baked products to Marlenka
Marlenka needed to handle baked products at a high speed and with precise position. The solution was a PC53 cell that handles a fast flow using 5 flexpickers from ABB.
The project commitment consisted of:
- Robot, 5 pcs. ABB IRB 360
- Siemens PLC with HMI
- Vision system from SICK
- Track system for finished cartons to robot system
- Fences, light barriers and emergency stops
- Pallet track system with pallet magazine
- Labeling and scanning of products
