EP132
EP132 is a complete stand-alone robot cell for palletizing materials or components according to your requirements. The cell picks products with high precision and speed from the ingoing conveyor onto the pallets. It picks from a common ingoing conveyor onto a custom number of pallet locations to meet your volume requirements. The cell switches pallets with a conveyor system. Feeding of pallets is supplied from a pallet magazine that is easily restocked with a forklift. The cell has the option to support both wooden and plastic pallets. The cell can also optionally handle spacers that are placed in between palletized layers. The base of the robot cell is standardized but it can easily be customized according to your specific products and demands to suit your needs. This particular cell is very customizeable and is designed to extended to meet your requirements and picking volumes.
