Blekinge Delikatesser needed to handle products into both SRS and carton boxes. The solution was a PC26 cell that handles a combined flow with associated palletizing after picking.
The project commitment consisted of:

  • Robot, ABB IRB 460
  • Robot, 2 pcs. ABB IRB 360
  • Siemens PLC with HMI
  • Trough erector with tape sealing
  • SRS-box down stacker
  • Track system for finished cartons for robot systems
  • Fences, light barriers and emergency stops
  • Pallet track system with pallet magazine
  • Labeling and scanning of products
