Handling of aluminum profiles to MP bolagen
MP bolagen needed to renew their production of aluminum profiles. The need was a complete line with cutting, protective plastic and cardboard wrapping with subsequent palletizing.
The project commitment consisted of:
- Robot, Yaskawa 180
- Siemens PLC with HMI
- Own plastic wrapper
- Cardboard wrapping
- Track system for finished cartons to robot system
- Fences, light barriers and emergency stops
- Pallet track system with pallet magazine
- Labeling and scanning of products
