Robotic handling of gutter hangers to Areco
Areco needed to handle gutter hangers to a pressing machine and then down into carton boxes. The solution was a cell that both handles and packages in cartons and seals the carton boxes.
The project commitment consisted of:
- Robot, YASKAWA
- Siemens PLC with HMI
- Tape sealer
- Product feeding system from DETAB
- Fences, light barriers and emergency stops
- Labeling and scanning of products
