Spot Welding

Shape Process Automation have completed a project commitment for spot welding to Shiloh. The project commitment included:

• Yaskawa MOTOMAN MS165 Robot with MotoSafe
• LEONI Robot Cable Dresspack for welding rods (axis 7 integrated in robot)
• ARO 57 kVA Welding machine (axis 7 integrated in robot)
• Closed cooling system for welding torch (temperature and flow monitoring)
• ABB formers with Totalcut
• Bosch Rexroth PSI63 welding monitor with adaptivity (welding current compensation)
• Yaskawa VMH-500CDD Rotary table with positioner (integration into robot system as axis 8-10)
• Fixture beams with stud system for easy fixture replacement
• Evomatic platform for easy moving of the equipment, all critical positions/parts included, hidden ducting
• Troax PC machine protection
• Evomatic ceiling solution with extraction
• Mitsubishi control system and rotatable HMI at charging station
