Automated galvanizing of nails to Gunnebo Industries
Gunnebo Industries invests in a facility for galvanizing nails. This improves the safety of the operators who do not have to work close to the zinc, it also results in a strong increase in capacity. The facility weighs the nail into cans according to a set weight. The bottom of the zinc bath is cleaned automatically. The facility can handle 100 kg of nails in each can and can galvanize approx. 2.5 tonnes of nails per hour.
