Picking and packaging coffee bags to Löfbergs

Löfbergs needed to handle several different coffee bags into cardboard boxes. The solution was a cell that handles both the index conveyor and the robot that packs the products and seals after packing.
The project commitment consisted of:

Robot, ABB IRB 2600
Siemens PLC with HMI
Trough erector with adhesive sealing
Index track with servo
Track system for finished cartons to robot system
Fences, light barriers and emergency stops
Labeling and scanning of products
